About Get Glossy
It all started with a friend’s 40th birthday at The Grand Hotel in Brighton. She asked me to help her find someone who could come to her room for hair and makeup, but after endless scrolling, there wasn’t a single option. So I stepped in and did it myself. That moment made me realise how hard it can be to access trusted, professional styling when you need it most, especially during life’s special occasions. That’s when the idea for Get Glossy was born.
Today, Get Glossy is Brighton’s leading hair and makeup concierge service, delivering expert styling directly to your home, hotel, or event. Our handpicked team of professionals bring calm energy, creativity, and the highest standards to every booking.
You’ll often see our glam squad in hotels up and down Brighton’s seafront, getting guests ready for weddings, parties, and special occasions.
We’re proud to be part of Brighton’s thriving creative scene and to support local businesses and partnerships, from Visit Brighton and Together Co, to Brighton Fringe, Soho House, and many of the city’s most-loved hotels. Meet The Founder
Krystle Taylor
I’m Krystle, beauty therapist with over 20 years of experience in the industry.
My career began at Ragdale Hall Health Spa, where I trained to the highest standards. I went on to manage prestigious accounts in London’s top department stores, including Harrods and Selfridges, before founding Get Glossy here in Brighton.

After moving to Brighton and taking a step back to raise my two children, I realised how disconnected I’d become from the industry I loved. That, along with the experience at The Grand, inspired me to create Get Glossy, a service that feels like having your own glam squad on call: calm, reliable, and exceptional at what they do.
In 2025, I was honoured to be named one of the Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs in the UK, and Get Glossy was a Finalist for Wedding Service of the Year in the Brighton Girl Awards.
