What is Get Glossy?

Get Glossy is a Brighton based beauty booking platform. We offer high quality hair and beauty on demand services direct to your home, hotel or office.

What areas do you cover?

We currently offer services in central Brighton and Hove. At the time of booking, you will be asked to enter the postcode of the appointment location. If your Brighton or Hove postcode is not recognised as being one of our areas, please email us at hello@getglossy.co.uk and we will do our best to get a therapist to you.

Who are your therapists?

Our therapists are all highly skilled and experienced. Each with their own range of treatments and products that they choose to use. We carefully select our therapists during an interview and trade test process to ensure they are up to our high standards before inviting them to join our platform. More information about our therapists can be found on their individual profile pages to help you choose the right one for you.

Can I make a group booking?

Absolutely! We would love to help you organise a group booking for your next event or special occasion. We also offer bridal services. Get in touch with us at hello@getglossy.co.uk

How do I prepare for a treatment?

Please make sure you have read the treatment requirements on the treatment description. Some hair services for example require hair to be freshly washed and towel dried, and others require hair to be clean and dry.

What happens if I am running late for my appointment?

If you are running late for your appointment, please either reply to the booking confirmation or email us at hello@getglossy.co.uk. Your therapist will wait at the appointment location for 20 minutes and will do their best to provide your treatment with the remaining time. This treatment will be charged in full.

What happens if my therapist is running late for the appointment?

From time to time factors out of our control can mean that there are delays in our therapists getting to their appointments. Where possible your therapist will send a message to notify you of any delays. If you haven’t been contacted and your therapist hasn’t arrived, please get in touch at hello@getglossy.co.uk.

Can I reschedule an appointment?

Of course, we just require 12 hours or more notice to do this for you. If under 12 hours the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and our cancellation policy will apply.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

You will receive a full refund if you cancel the appointment with over 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 12-24 hours you will be charged 50%. If you cancel within 12 hours of the appointment, you will be charged in full. If we successfully manage to reschedule your appointment with the same therapist, you will not be charged.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We process refunds within 48 hours of the cancellation. It can then take 3-5 business days for the refund to be visible in your account.
